Nomad Budget is built on open-source software and publicly available statistical data. The components and their licences are listed below.

2. Data Sources

  • World Bank — ICP 2021 price level indices, consumer price index and official exchange rate series (CC BY 4.0).
  • Eurostat — harmonised indices of consumer prices (European Commission reuse policy).
  • open.er-api.com — live exchange rates.
  • frankfurter.dev and fawazahmed0/currency-api — historical exchange rates.
  • NASA Earth Observatory — Blue Marble Next Generation imagery, the surface of the globe (public domain).
  • Natural Earth — country boundaries and the world map geometry (public domain).

Data is used as published and processed within the App to produce derived indicators. The source institutions are not responsible for those derived indicators and do not endorse the App.

3. Illustrations

The country illustrations on the map, the onboarding artwork and the empty-state objects were produced with generative image tools under licences that permit their commercial use. They are representative artwork, not photographs, and depict no real person or property.

4. Trademarks

The Nomad Budget name and logo belong to the publisher. All other trademarks and trade names mentioned belong to their respective owners; their mention implies no partnership or endorsement.
